Known as "The Voice", Michael Schiavello is an international play-by-play sports presenter and commentator.

Schiavello is the global voice of K-1 GP, K-1 MAX, DREAM, DYNAMITE and The Contender Asia Reality TV Series (Mark Burnett Productions).

He is also commentator for such leading promotions as World Victory Road: Sengoku; Maximum Fighting Championships (MFC); Xtreme Fighting Championships (XFC); Evolution; Adrenaline; M-1 Global; XPlosion and more.

Michael commentated the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne and was part of the global ABU broadcast of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, calling the biggest event on the planet for more than 110 countries.

In July 2009 Michael inked a long-term deal with US Network HDNet, owned by Mark Cuban. He is now the network's top commentator.

Renowned for his riveting excitement and knowledge of the game, what sets "The Voice" apart is his ability to seamlessly infuse comic one-liners into his commentary.

A play-by-play commentator and television presenter for 14 years, Michael has worked major broadcasts across the world including: Tokyo, Las Vegas, Amsterdam, Montego Bay, Seoul, Beijing, Poland, Budapest, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Honolulu, Auckland and beyond.

In addition to his work as a leading sports commentator, Michael is also an award-winning sports writer and best-selling author. He has written for more than 50 publications worldwide and was the long-serving editor of Blitz Magazine, International Kickboxer Magazine, a feature writer for Inside Sport Magazine and was the youngest ever inductee to the Best Australian Sports Writing Awards.

Michael has authored four books including the 1999 best-selling cult classic BOUNCER! and the 2001 acclaimed novel ReflexJack.
